Catdoku is a free browser puzzle game that takes sudoku's grid and swaps the numbers for cats. The board is divided into rows, columns and colored regions, and each one needs exactly one cat. Some cats start on the board as clues. The rest go where logic says they must, and nowhere else. The twist is the aloof rule: cats do not touch, not even diagonally. Place one and its neighbors are all ruled out, which turns every confirmed cat into information. A single placement can cascade across the board, eliminating tiles and revealing the next forced cat somewhere you had not checked in a while. Careless placements cost you, because the strict rules make wrong cats expensive to unwind. The controls stay out of the way. Click once on a tile to mark it with an X, double-click to set a cat, and press the cell again to erase it. The X marks are worth keeping up: they record every spot a cat cannot go, and the game's own tip is to start with the most crowded regions, where the smallest spaces give up their secrets first. Boards grow from compact starter grids into larger puzzles with winding regions and tighter rows, and the daily challenges add a fresh cat-themed board to solve, ideally faster than yesterday. It is a calm game with real logic underneath, the kind you can play in short sessions and leave feeling slightly sharper. Catdoku has nothing to do with football. It is a cozy logic game about cats, grids and the quiet satisfaction of a board that finally makes sense. You can play Catdoku on Head Football Games in any modern browser, on desktop or mobile. No download, no account.
