Friday Fighters is a free browser fighting game built as a fan tribute to the Friday movie trilogy, the mid-90s comedies starring Ice Cube and Chris Tucker. The roster holds forty fighters from the three films, Craig, Smokey, Deebo, Joker and the rest, drawn as pixel sprites in a classic two-fighter, best-of-three setup. Matches run best of three at ninety-nine seconds a round, with the old four-button layout: light and heavy punches, light and heavy kicks. Landing hits builds meter for two Super moves, and pressing both buttons together fires an Ultra when the meter is full. A stunned opponent opens a FINISH 'EM window, each round hands out four item throws, and long clean strings put you On Fire for bonus damage. The modes cover solo and couch play. Arcade runs a seven-win ladder that ends with a different boss for each film: Deebo, Joker, then Robber Santa. Story mode retells the trilogy across twelve chapters with cutscenes between fights. Versus puts two players on one keyboard or two controllers, 2v2 tag matches stay local, and online is one-on-one through a quick-match queue or a four-letter room code, with an automatic relay when a direct connection fails. Everything runs in the browser with no account. A gamepad works on desktop, and on phones the game flips to a landscape layout with a virtual stick and attack buttons.
